When you fill out our project brief, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, organisation details, and project requirements. If you chat with our AI assistant, we also collect your name, email, phone number, and the contents of that conversation.

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Scope, build, and deliver your website project
• Contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your project
• Process deposit and balance payments
• Improve our service and respond to questions asked through our chat assistant

3. Third-party services

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to power our chat assistant, messages you send to the assistant are processed by Anthropic to generate a response. We use IntaSend to process M-Pesa and other payments, your payment details are handled directly by IntaSend and are not stored on our systems.

4. Data storage

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information you submit is used solely to deliver and improve our service.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
